Because nearly all home buyers need help obtaining the services necessary to complete their home, Heckaman sells only through experienced and qualified local builders.

Your builder can provide the following essentials:

* Experience: Your builder has already performed the many tasks involved in the beginning and completion of your project.

* Assistance: In selecting the floor plans and options to suit the needs and tastes of each home buyer.

* Financing Support: In assisting the home buyer with the various details required by financing institutions.

* Sub-contracting: For excavation and foundation; for plumbing, electrical and heating hookups; for garages, sidewalks, water supply and septic systems.

* Local Permits: Obtaining building and sanitary permits; conformance to local or subdivision requirements and covenants.

* Site Support: Providing any special equipment needed at the site, such as a bulldozer.

* Legal Requirements: Some states (Michigan, for example) require that new homes have site work done by a licensed builder.
